The Early Quest: Pondering Life’s Big Questions

Life. What is it really? What is the meaning of our existence? I remember these questions starting to stir in my mind as early as 12 years old. Like many, I found myself questioning the very nature of existence—how could something emerge from nothing? Is the universe infinite? These thoughts can be overwhelming, and like many, I concluded that my mind couldn’t grasp the concept of infinity or the origin of everything.

For years, I adopted a materialistic, skeptical perspective. I believed that if something couldn’t be proven scientifically, it simply didn’t exist. This mindset kept me grounded in a world that made sense to my logical mind, but it also kept me closed off from deeper, more meaningful experiences.

The Turning Point: Embracing Inner Change

By the age of 25, I began to feel increasingly uncomfortable with the life I was living. My work, my environment, and my mindset were all preventing me from truly unfolding as a person. I was constantly tense, frustrated, and annoyed. Although I managed to keep these feelings under control outwardly, inside, I was struggling with rage and deep-seated dissatisfaction.

I realized something needed to change. That’s when I turned to meditation—a practice that opened the door to an inner peace I had never known before. Meditation became the tool that helped me navigate the frustrations and stresses of daily life. Over time, it became an essential part of my routine, grounding me each morning and helping me maintain balance throughout the day.
